Skinny Rules Weigh-in Wednesdays

Memorial Day “Murphy” and pot luck picnic Saturday at 7:00 AM
Monday, May 20th starts our Summer Strength Series. This week, in addition the regular workouts we’ll be working on the Atlas Stones. Details about the Stones challenge this week are posted at the gym.
We have a group of people doing “The Skinny Rules” based on Bob Harper’s book. As part of the group we’ll have Weigh-in Wednesdays (at 5:50-between the 5:00 and 6:00 AM classes- and at 6:20 PM before the 6:30 class) starting this week through the end of June.
Friday PRiday… ’nuff said! Bring your A-game on Fridays this summer and get ready to throw down each week for a PR. You will not leave here without a PR (Personal Record).
“Murphy” is one heck of a benchmark WOD and we’ll be doing it on Saturday. If you’re not up to doing Murphy as Rx’d yet grab a partner or scale accordingly. And to celebrate with each other we’ll be having a pot luck afterwards (see sign-up sheet posted on the side whiteboard).
