CFM Schedule

Throughout the week, CFM offers different options for our athletes to choose what suits them best. Here is a quick run-down of the different class types you’ll see on the calendar:

Open Gym – This is time where you can come in and work on whatever you’d like. You’ll find some other people there, and maybe even do a WOD with them, but if you just want to lift or practice a move you may be struggling with, you can do that, too. At least one coach will be present to answer questions and help you along.

Group WOD – This is our standard CrossFit class. We’ll get you warmed up, stretched, and ready to go. Most of these hour-long classes will include a lift designed to strengthen you. Then it’s onto the WOD, followed by a quick cool-down.

Fundamentals WOD – This class focuses a little more on the fundamental movements associated with CrossFit and is a perfect place for beginner atheletes to start. While it is not essential that someone new to CrossFit starts with the fundamentals WOD, it’s a nice option if you feel unsure about any of the movements.

Team WOD – Saturday’s team WODs are always great fun. Usually these classes don’t incorporate a lift, but they do include a tougher WOD that’s perfect to tackle as teams of two. Sometimes we let you choose your partner, sometimes it’s random, but it’s always fun. You firebreathers out there always have the option to tackle the WOD solo!
