Youth Strength and Conditioning

Crossfit Medina is dedicated to providing lifelong, functional fitness to children of all ages and ability levels.  Whether you child is a multi-sport athlete or is new to fitness, this is the place as all programming is scaled to the child’s individual fitness levels.  Classes will focus on basic weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio movements.  Boot Camp Cardio programs for team sports also available.
