Starting CrossFit

Ok, you’re sold. You ready to try something new but you don’t know exactly where to start. Here’s a guide to help walk you through it:

1) Familiarize yourself with our schedule of classes and membership rates. Everything is posted to this website so you should be able to pinpoint classes you can attend and you should be comfortable with the rate structure.

2) Give us a call (330) 591-5133 or send us an email and give us a heads up that your interested in coming to either check out a class or jump right in.

3) If you’re ready to jump in on the first day, go ahead and download our waiver/health form here. Fill it out before you come in.

4) Read up on what you can expect your first day at CFM to get an idea of what’s going to go down.

5) Show up at your desired time and HAVE FUN! It’s a good idea to get there a little early so you get a chance to meet the other athletes.
